β β β β β By far the worst car wash I have ever had. My 1 month old car is now covered in scratch swirls from them washing it with a cloth full of dirt and gravel.
Many parts completely missed including the whole center of the dashboard and a number of sections of the exterior.
These guys operated in an dimly lit carpark and canβt even see if the car is clean when they are done. All the wash cloths are dumped on the ground in the dirt in between cleaning cars. Even after they had this pointed out they still continued to deny the damage.
They pointed to a 12 year older car and said all paint looks like this.
Now I need to go through the process of a insurance claim and potentially court process to get the damage repaired and costs recovered.
Do not take a new vehicle to this company! You have been warned.

β β β β β Just had our car wash here. Could not recommend more! Called ahead to make sure they could fit us in, and they sure could. Got served by Lovedi (not sure how to spell his name) and super nice guy. Everyone had so much pride in their work, was so nice to see. Inside and outside the car just spotless!

β β β β β Just like other people have mentioned, I took a new car here (less than 8 months old) with duraseal ceramic coating. After the "wash" my clear coat was covered in thousands of scratches in the pattern they had 'washed' my car in. You can see the circular motion they used to wash the car. Some scratches go through the duraseal. They claimed all cars look like that.
To top it off, my car wasn't clean. I expected to be charged more as their website says to clean off bird droppings etc, but they just didn't remove anything but dust? Bugs, tar, bird droppings, water marks etc all left on the car.
Do not bring a new car here unless you want it absolutely covered in scratches from dirty rags.

β β β β β My car left cleaner left the car wash cleaner than it did when it arrived. In saying that for the price I paid, there were water marks left all over my mark which I asked if it could be polished off they said no. They missed multiple areas in the interior. Lastly a panel inside the car was had come out. I was told that was like that before when I know it was not and wouldnβt have brought it up if it was already damaged. Over all the new market one is not worth it.

β β β β β Top notch! Rocked up 1pm on a busy Sunday, as they had great reviews. They were honest about the wait, said 2-3 hours for a deluxe in and out clean. No problem as I had shopping to do. Car was finished bang on 2 hours. Texts at check in, ready, and for payment receipt. And most importantlyβ¦ the car was SPARKLING top to bottom!

β β β β β Superb wash and excellent service! The team did a brilliant job on my car today. My car hadn't been washed in over three years (eek I know!) and it came out looking sparkling clean and brand new. The team were also extremely friendly and accommodating! Will definitely be coming back.
