β β β β β I paid for a $125 super car wash at Concierge Car Wash and I definitely did not get what I paid for. I am very frustrated. The front window was not cleaned at all (inside or outside), there were still mud in the boot and the rear mirror was not cleaned properly so I could not even see through it. The service I received was not even worthy paying for the cheapest car wash option they had available. They took over two hours so I had to pay extra for parking as well.

β β β β β I originally booked for a 1pm 'Super Wash' detail, and later moved it to 10am the same day using their website. However it didn't update on their joblist. The guy there was accommodating enough to actually just take my car in and detail it.
2 hours later, car was pretty clean. Pretty happy with it, apart from the wheels. I reckon they definitely could've done better. There's still mud on my tyres and some patches w/o tyre shine.
I would definitely recommend them, but there's definitely room for improvement ?
