β β β β β Over the years l have used Rub a Dub numerous times. Unfortunately the standard has slipped & they don't seem take pride in their work as they have done in the past. I didn't mind paying the higher price but l did expect the result to match the price, but sadly it did not.

β β β β β Its in 0ok place to take your vehicle for self cleaning, but its limited carpak and its sharp corners entering the carwash and exiting.

β β β β β I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I was very specific to them to please be more careful and not to have any scratches on the car as this is brand new car. Once I reached home, I found scratches on the driving door and also all the dust wasn't cleaned properly.
I am very upset ? and will not recommend to anyone.
Such a wastage of money and plus have to get this fixed.

β β β β β Not clean and now streaky with a scratch on the side which wasnβt there beforehand. Not worth it. Donβt risk it.
Would have done a better job myself for cheaper through a proper automated wash.

Then decided to spend a little more for my first time experience in Rub A Dub
Well, I have to be honest starting price at $20 only they are doing a great job!
Add $5 you get waxed
20 minutes, very efficient, human services, you just can't ask for more

β β β β β I given my Lexus for service and chose there premium package paid $75. Sales person mentioned it will cover everything.
It is was totally a disaster, I wasted my money for doing nothing. They haven't even done vaccum well. When I asked him that's not part of this package but I can do it now if you want. It was a chamber in boot. All photos attached for reference.
The representative was like they only do trim, From my understanding trim means make something neat. Please don't waste your time and money. Both precious from my point of view.
