I don't know what they did (well... they did tell me) but my pressure is better, the pour is more consistent, and I am making better coffee. I'll definitely be back next year!

Our Machine is old style, mainly manually operated, but after the service and cleanout, it goes really well.
We had been faced with looking for a new machine, but now with regular servicing and the odd small part replacement, it should outlast many of the new machines.
