★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food from behind the glass. I ordered Panodoro Panini with a description below it saying it consist of chicken. Waiter came out with a bacon & egg panini. Told him I ordered a Pandoro Panini that has chicken. He left. Later came the young lady that took my order holding the bacon & egg panini and said “are you sure you didn’t order this?” I kindly told her what I ordered. She said “well you should’ve been more specific because there are many panini’s”. I explained that it’s the chicken panini behind the glass labelled “Pandoro Panini”. If there were many panini’s, she should’ve asked me specifically which one I wanted coz I had no idea. She didn’t acknowledge her error and lack of customer service error and just stood there looking at me like I was the idiot.
I’ve never eaten at Esquires Cafe before and I don’t ever planning on returning, especially to the one in Henderson. I gave this review a 2 because the food and the chocolate frappe was still delicious but the service was very poor.

She clearly thought I had rabies or the plague...actually,she didn't like the fact she had to evan pass the coffee to me .
Food was good but I'll never buy esquire again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a rip off, I ordered the Gourmet BLT 19.50 bacon lettuce tomato, artisan bread and beer battered fries. When I asked for some butter for my "artisan bread" I was told it was 50cents , they could have kept 3/4's of the lettuce and given me butter instead, I'm no rabbit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee is good quality, the barista is clever with coffee decor. The food is always lovely. Today I had the pecan and apple brioche. Yum! Plenty of pecans and apple and great texture. My new favourite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an impromptu lunch stop on Easter Monday. Received exceptional customer service from Paris, she communicated clearly and her interpersonal skills were great. She listened to my dietary requirements and was able to accommodate accordingly. We enjoyed our meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in for coffee with wife and daughter. Had long blacks and flat white both were excellent. Very cool pattern on top of the flat white. We also had a double blueberry muffin and apple pecan brioche which very tasty. Staff were friendly and service was fast.
