I have been seeing Gabrielle for over a decade. I absolutely love coming to see her and I always look forward to my treatments! I leave feeling rejuvenated not only with my skin but also my soul. People tell me I look about 10 years younger than I am, so the treatments are obviously working ;) Gabrielle has been fantastic about changing & adapting the treatments as I have aged and my skin has changed. I know I can just hop on the table and relax and let her work her magic. Thank you Gabrielle!!! <3

Rushed and disappointing I had been gifted a $100 voucher by friends. I had booked this appointment several months in advance, and booked the only available package at the time - a 1hr 15min "summer spruce up", plus an additional 15 min eyebrow shape and tint. I'm a busy mum and was really looking forward to a session of 'me time' and feeling pampered. I arrived on time for my appointment and was asked to wait outside while she finished with her previous client. On starting the treatment 10 mins later I was advised it 'would take too much time' to set up the face cradle for the 15 min back, neck and shoulder massage, so was asked to make do with a bolster pillow. It was ok, but a bit uncomfortable and I really wish she'd given me the option of the proper massage table. I advised her I didn't need the brow tint part of the 'tint and shape' I had booked and (intended to pay for), but as I'm allergic to wax asked if she could instead use tweezers. My understanding was I'd booked an additional 15 mins for this, but apparently the extra 9 mins it took her over waxing them meant I didn't get the scalp massage listed in the 'summer spruce up' package, something that was not discussed when I requested that she tweeze rather than wax my brows. Had I been given the choice I would have much preferred the scalp massage and to have just skipped the whole brow thing if she didn't have time for it. On asking about the scalp massage I was advised that the 'summer spruce up' was just a summer promotion, she'd honour it anyway (like she was doing me some sort of favour), and 'call it even' with the voucher. However I checked her website both before (to remind myself what I could look forward to) and after the appointment and the 'summer spruce up' package is still listed as a treatment option and available to book. I would suggest if she doesn't want people to be booking these treatments that she updates her website accordingly. My treatment finished 1hr 10 mins after I first went in, and there was already another client waiting (inside) and chatting to the therapist. I really got the vibe that she couldn't wait for me to leave. The facial was thorough, and she seemed very knowledgeable about skin care. The brow shape and eyelash tint were nice, although it seemed it was a massive insult and inconvenience to her when I asked if she could please remove a bit of remaining tint that was left below my lower eyelashes when she gave me the mirror at the end. Sadly my 'pampering' experience felt rushed, and like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I won't be returning.

Have been seeing Gabe for a while now and can very very easily recommend! Always puts her full time and effort into every appointment and I always leave feeling so refreshed and pampered! Gabe is so knowledgeable and welcoming. Very good energy at Esteem Beauty!! 10/10 every time

Gabrielle is super lovely and so knowledgeable about skincare. I have been struggling so much with my acne and went in to do a deep cleansing facial and it was so nice and relaxing, had an LED treatment too which I saw instant results straight after! Definitely going back to work on my skincare journey without paying an arm and a leg for it.

I always leave an appointment with Gabi feeling like a million bucks, regardless if a quick lash and brow tint, facial or treatment. Long time customer (14+ years) and followed her around from the North Shore up to Millwater. Her clinic is so nice and peaceful, it really feels like a treat each time I have an appointment, amazing supply of products which Gabi is extremely knowledgeable on and my skins needs. Gabi is the best and would highly recommend!
