It's great. I love my current hair and have a great selection of drinks. I especially like their shampoo. The smell of fragrance makes me feel happy all day.

Have had keratin straightening for years as I have thick, curly hair (slightly afro) but this was the first time in NZ using KeraOrganic and it was a great product. I had the treatment at Estella Arden a month ago and my hair feels in better condition that the products I have used before - I would definitely go back.

Enjoyed my exsperiance and friendly customer service. The room and equipment was clean and hygienic, the staff were friendly and helpful. I had the keratain treatment for my damaged and frizzy hair, i left happy with smooth, sily and shinny hair. Definitely coming back!!

I paid $190 for my hair to be coloured and cut in a bayliage/root fade style I was very specific with pictures etc and she said that she could do it. Now $190 is a very good price for that as I would have paid $300 elsewhere. However I am very disappointed with the results unfortunately, I did not get what I asked for and will now go else where to just get a global colour and fix it. I was vocal about this when asked, however she just told me that is how it is done and if I had curly hair it would look different. I won't be going here again and suggest that if you are after a good bayliage/root fade you save your money from being wasted and go elsewhere too. I wanted the colour to blend nicely however I have got very obvious thick streaks that start about 2 cm from my scalp, very similar to what you would get with foils.I paid $190 for my hair to be coloured and cut in a bayliage/root fade style I was very specific with pictures etc and she said that she could do it. Update June 16 - I have been in contact with this salon on multiple occasions in regards to my dispute and they refuse to give me a refund and have instead have offered me products or treatments for "free" that are not even of equavalant value. They continue to say that I was happy when I left the salon, however this was very much not the case and I made that very clear (even asking if they expected me to pay when I was leaving, however not wanting to scare the other customers (there were 3 customers) that were still getting their hair done.). I have had the hairdresser call me on multiple occasions seemingly for no other reason that to argue about my review and tell me the reason my hair is so damaged and breaking is because I had bleached it before and not told her (I was very explicit about the fact that I had had it done before. ). I have had a second opinion from another hair dresser who has agreed that this shouldn't have happened and what I received was not bayliage (as requested) and it looks nothing like the photos I provided. Not to mention the fact that they are asking me to remove my review and even offering/bribing me free product to do this. I do not believe that removing of changing this review would be fair to any potential customers as people need to know what they're in for and all reviews should be honest. (I haven't even included everything in here as I don't want to tarnish their reputation from what I hope is and will be a one off experience) I believe it is possible that most of the positive reviews on here are fake or inaccurate. This is not a professional salon at all please I urge you not to waste your money here, save it and go somewhere reputable like Kitzo (they're more expensive but worth it)

Arrived on time to my appointment, the stylist was working on another client, no problem happy to wait. The stylist starts the consult (creative color package from grabone) informs me that the bleach is not included in the price and to pay $100 before (not stated on the grabone voucher), questioned why i have to pay before and she said because another client will be coming in at 3. Half way through the process and another client arrives an hour early to their appointment, and my stylist the only stylist onsite starts to work on the other client also. As there is now two clients the stylist starts to rush the process, apologizing for being "rough", she puts the hair colour in, leaves it for 15mins and washes it out, as she drys my hair (super frizzy curly hair) it becomes apparent that my hair hasn't processed for long enough, as you can see the copper shine. I point this out to the stylist and shes confused about what i'm upset about. She then clarifies what i want and proceeds to put more dye on and leaves it on for 25 mins, when she washes it out my hair is a different colour to what I wanted. Left the salon with half dry hair, no blow wave as stated on the coupon just a wet frizzy mess. Product quality and finished results were so poor, I ended up crying in the store. Definitely won't be going back and definitely wouldn't recommend. $200 wasted, very disappointed with this experience.

This post is to advise customers against suffering from the PERMANENT hair damage that I now suffer, as a result of visiting this salon. The products used are cheap, fake and they mix all their solutions with water so they can save money. I've spoken to other customers who have had a bad experience here too. Don't be carried away by the name of the salon or the gimmicks that is offered on Groupon. I went for hair straightening recently at this salon. The person did a quick slip-shod job of slightly over an hour, applying a pungent solution that he claims was straightening product. Right now I can't comb through my hair without broken pieces falling through. He tried to cover up what he did by pouring a whole load of oil through my hair and telling me the job was done. After just the first wash 3 days later (as they advised), the broken, damaged and still curly state of my hair was still evident. They claimed they would fix it but were clearly unhappy to do so, even trying to blame me, saying that the damage was because I had long ago coloured my hair (1 year ago). They made me waste time and petrol coming down, only to use another cheap product that further damaged the hair. As professionals, instead of taking the money of every customer they see, they should be discerning clearly and explaining if a product is suitable for a customer or not. My advice to everyone is to please don't suffer the same loss I did. These people lack the professionalism and hair knowledge that is truly needed to run a salon. The other comments posted here was clearly created by fake accounts done by the owner to boost their reputation. I feel that it is my duty to inform others of this fraudulent company.
