โ โ โ โ โ I went in as a new customer and I was very disappointed. She literally ripped me off because thought I hadn't had extensions before, she gave me classics and acted as if they were full volume. I seen my friend who always goes in and she told me they ripped me off because she pays 60 and gets way more , I paid 90 and this is what I got. I'd highly recommend not going there, they are very unprofessional. Sitting there shouting about there personal life's throughout the salon

โ โ โ โ โ The girls are lovely. However I am extremely disappointed my $70 lashes didn't even last a week and they were so thin :(. They all just fell out.
And I went in for foils as I wanted to go blonde. Then went into for a touch up and keratin treatment and they put toner and just made my hair back to dark. Which basically means I wasted all that money on foils for no reason.
Won't ever go back.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโm a regular and loyal customer, after several really negative experiences in other salons. I always thought โknown brandsโ meant better quality, but this is not necessarily the case. At Diva (Victoria St, Hamilton CBD) you can have great service at affordable prices. Manager, Veer, has a good eye for detail and Iโm so grateful Iโve found her. I couldnโt imagine going anywhere else.
Ash does my lashes and sheโs just lovely - kind, communicative (talks me through the process), and very good at what she does. The waxing service is fast and efficient and theyโre so good at putting me at ease. I recently had an issue with lashes, that wasnโt the technicians fault, however they fixed the problem for me at no extra cost and I think that is incredible. I recommend them to anyone who listens - thank you Veer and your caring and respectful team.

I paid $60 for a Grabone voucher for a full set of silk eyelash extensions from here for myself and my sister for her WEDDING. What we received appear more like flares attached underneath my lash line with extension glue (see pictures), NOT extensions attached to my lashes. I contacted them, and they COMPLETELY refute that they use flares, despite flares being listed as an "eyelash extension" option on their website. We have agreed to disagree.
The technician was sweet, but the application was very uncomfortable. She used tape to secure my lower lashes, poking my eyeball and initially also taped down my lids too. By the time I realised the botched job (the next morning, once 3 clusters had falled out) it was was the morning of the wedding and there was no time to fix it. They offer to fix things within 24hours, but if this is "genuinely" what they consider to be real eyelash extensions, I wouldn't want them to fix it. They did not offer any other kind of compensation.
I do not consider these REAL eyelash extensions, and I am inclined to believe the other reviews on here that say that others in the industry have had to fix botched jobs from this salon.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent service very friendly and capable professionals work at diva. I visited their salon yesterday for a keratin treatment and eyelash extensions. The keratin treatment was excellent as always and the haircut was the best haircut I've ever had. When it was time to do my lashes the lady recommended threading for my eyebrows and this was the best my eyebrows have ever looked. I was so happy with the whole look. I feel great. So thank you to the team diva you are amazing. See you again real soon
