I asked if there was way to check battery capacity, repeatedly got told no. However, there is.
Was told there was a 8 year warranty on the battery, however this is not the case as this only applies for NZ new i3s.
Was shown the fast charger plug and was informed that it was the normal charging port.
Was up-sold an insurance package covering vehicle parts that are for ICE vehicles. No EV specific insurance.
Instead of walking over the insurance plan before sales, it was done post sales (However, not sure if this was industry practice)
Post-sale vehicle clean up was rushed, still dust there.
Wasn't able to provide any support on vehicle maintenance apart from referring me to the local AA.
I was expecting the dealers to be experts in the cars they sell, this was not the case with the i3. I believe for ICE vehicles they would be able to provide more support and information, if you want to buy an i3 from these guys, please do your own homework but I do not recommend.

My wife got to check out the vehicles at peace and pick up the one she loved. Great team and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a European vehicle.

Decided to bought my Mercedes-Benz A180 9 months ago (never have any issue so far) after I had unpleasant experience with another dealership.
The transactions with VAS was zero hassles, the quality of the car same as what they advertising on trademe, punctual with what they promised.
