Worst company we have dealt with in renovating our home a few years ago, products discussed didn't met expectations and were left still with drafty double glazed sash windows . Worst part was when a workman drove their van in to our woodshed rammingit in to our retaining wall and snapped a post ( all on camera ) then didn't tell us . We noticed when we arrived home and called them up on it, they lied and told us our retaining wall was like that before . We had our insurance company deal with this in the end as the owners of this company made our lives so difficult .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2020, we hired the Double Glazing Company (now Eversure Double Glazing) to convert all our glazing to double glazing. Our large house has aluminium doors and windows – we found the quote very reasonable, less than we expected, and the measuring up and installation were conducted to a high standard. Communication and scheduling from head office throughout was top notch, and it was reassuring to see our deposit safely lodged in a separate escrow fund and dependent on our sign off for release to the company. We have three sets of bi-fold doors which were presenting some additional challenges; the company quickly sent out a senior technician to resolve these. All in all we were very impressed with the service we received, and the double glazing has certainly made a difference to noise levels and warmth in the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wall insulation helped our home significantly, but the final piece of the heat loss puzzle was double glazing.
Since Eversure replaced all our windows and doors the house now retains heat for hours and hours.
Not to mention the windows now look much more modern and it gave our house a much needed lift.

Excellent communication throughout and the install team was efficient and courteous in working around our house and our dogs.
