β β β β β I was at work last Friday and found i had a flat front tyre and no way to fix it. I took the wheel off and raced over to Evo on Hewletts road to see if there was anyway it could be fixed. It wasn't an issue for the Service team and took all of 10 minutes to get me on the road again and at a good price - life savers!

I am so happy that I went to Evo Cycles Mount Maunganui to get my bike fixed. You will not be disappointed if you go here, they go above and beyond to get you back up and running and are really great staff.

β β β β β Severe lack of communication with customers. When you have twice asked & it has been ignored it makes one regret purchasing. They need to all have customer service training. Not a satisfying experience. Get out from behind the counter guys & exceed your targets!

β β β β β Lost for words and disappointed. I bought 2x brand new bikes and to find both bikes had no tubeless sealant inside. I value and look after my purchases and well if something is brand new wouldnβt you think about checking it and setting up properly? Are you bike people or only in it for the sales? Makes me think otherwise. Wouldnβt recommend or wouldnβt go back to be fair. Defeats the purpose of buying a bike.

β β β β β Brought a new bike from here about a month ago, where the service was great and very helpful.
Unfortunately, when the bike had some teething issues they seemed disinterested and quoted over double the price compared to a different store that happily helped me out.
Started promising with my initial purchasing experience, however will now be heading elsewhere for future assistance.

Though setting up to open the young lady and man quickly and efficiently sorted out new cleats for me while we waited for the till after to open. The service was friendly and quick.
