Bike I decided on had just sold, a quick call around and they located another, this meant I could take the bike there and then, as someone that traveled down from Northland to purchase a bike that day, these guys made sure that would happen, the final checks and setup were spot on, bike fits like a glove.
These young guys wee really awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feedback provided to the manager. Customer service seriously lacking and we hope this feedback is taken onboard. The bike was delayed from October to May - which we understand is out of your control HOWEVER getting annoyed with customers is not how you deal with queries. We were going off YOUR ETAs. When the bike arrived it was a shrug off experience, then to arrive at a bike track and the pedal pops off without even leaving the carpark.... is embarrassing and extremely frustrating. The team at Woodhill advised it was stripped and to take the bike back. How disappointing and 3 kids missed out on an amazing experience. Customer service needs a massive shake up - Pre and After Sales.

The staff at Evo explained the quality differences between the bikes and I ended up spending a lot more that I expected but are very happy to do so as the bike I bought will suit me better and last.
