★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a bike for my wife and son over a two week period. Both experiences were great. My wife's bike did have a minor issue and they fixed it up super quick. They were great with my son to help him get the correct bike and we even got a free freebies as a bonus. I spoke with multiple staff and they were all knowledgeable and very helpful. Great work North Shore Evo, keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evo cycles is the reason I would rather buy bike equipment online or from another store. I ordered a scooter for my son and when it came to click and collect was given the wrong colour. On realizing this went back but they had no stock of the colour I ordered, but would not give me a refund, only store credit. I had to go and get the scooter elsewhere. I went to use the store credit today on a chain link to fix my sons bike and received shocking service. Got told they didnt stock and didnt know of the type of link. Quick drive to Barry's corner to Bike barn and the guys there were so much more accommodating. Will NOT go back to Evo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young chap (& I mean youngest in the shop) that looked at my brakes, fixed them - was professional, equipped and efficient. Second shop I went to as electric bicycle bought oversees - and you guys helped. He then sold me a bike carrier and went the extra mile hanging it on camper and ensuring the bike fitted. Service that meant I've already spoken to all I know about Evo and service beyond the norm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Joke! Told I would get a bike in January when I ordered in October - waited till ten days after it was due. Was told not till May! No one was going to tell me. Basically told my friend who also purchased a bike she was lying about a price they had told her. There were so many stuff ups and stuff arounds I could not list. I have friends who I have strongly recommend that they go to topedo7. Absolutely no follow up and staff that are completely clueless and rude. I just don’t know how they manage to run a business - tried multiple times to speak to the operations manager as we felt surely he should know and they blocked any kind of communications with him. It ended up comical it was bad!!
