β β β β β Took mtb in for basic service and clean. Took four days instead of the promised two.
Checked with shop via phone on day 2 and 3 to make sure all was going to plan. Picked up on day four to find a dirty bike with an extra charge for $30 for wheel straighten fee on a straight wheel.
Argued the extra fee and terrible service, was told you want bike pay bill.
I was warned earlier by friends not to use evo, should have listened

β β β β β My son's bike has had many visits to this shop since purchasing it there. He has always said there was something wrong with the motor. Finally they agree, but now it has sat there months waiting on something to be done. If he didn't need the bike then he wouldn't have brought it in for repair. We just get told they are waiting on a phone call. In today's world technology has advanced a phone call takes a few minutes not months. What do we need to do to get the bike fixed and back where it belongs? Fair Go?

β β β β β Worse customer service I have ever received. Went in looking to purchase an E-bike. Sales person appeared less than enthused when I walked in. Trying to get information and have a discussion was like pulling teeth.
Was told I couldnβt take a bike for a test ride until I had paid for it. That promptly made the decision for me to go else where.

β β β β β First time in this Evo branch. Impressive collection of bikes and accessories. Went there to fix a tubeless flat tire, service was fast and reliable. Not too many people in a Sunday lunch time. Nice offers for the Boxing Day though. Well located, easy parking, if not in front, can find just by New World.
