β β β β β Couldn't give me an estimate on prices.not even for a service.when I asked to book it in I got told "we will ring you when we are free to do it didn't want to even see the bike.took the bike to the other bike shop in Kent street and they gave me a quote looked the bike over to see exactly what it needed.booked me in.And explained what they would do.customer service that's what it's all about.I will never use Evo as the customer service doesn't seem to exist.

β β β β β Evo Cycles quickly sorted my new warranty frame, I upgraded it to the Carbon model, and Trek were on the ball with their end aswell (standing behind their products). Sometimes online bike shops get a bad wrap for whatever reason, I can say Evo cycles have been excellent! How hot is this bike!

β β β β β After my dropper post failed, I decided to replace it, but in the mean time I needed to remove the dropper post and replace it with a standard post. The issue was that the RockShox level was intergraded into the brake clamp. I went online to try source one and could not find one except in the USA. I tried my luck and called Evo Service dept, after explaining what I need they asked that I come through and show them. I drove down, they checked in the back and gave me one, for free! Now that is service. Yes its probably second hand but it does the job perfectly. Thank you Evo for assisting in my time in need.

β β β β β Great support from staff to select the right bike for our son, the salesman was knowledgeable to answer our questions and propose suitable bike models. The correct bike model was not in stock, but got one from South Island in few days, quick communications/ updates on delivery. Thanks.
