Second one was abysmal and the lady rushed through it entirely too quickly. I have a simple buzz fade cut and it turned out lopsided and multiple hairs were missed. Make sure to choose the barber carefully and be extremely diligent in your request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular at this hair salon for past few months and had no problems till now. Today I went in for the haircut and met a new barber who was really rude to talk to. He said I need to give him the exact length of hair that he would cut and in case I am want them a bit more shorter he will not do it. As per him 'they don't provide this service'. I failed to understand what service is he talking about. I was just asking for a haircut and I might give some direction in terms of the length of hair. I even told him I think you have lost a regular customer with your behaviour but he was perfectly fine with it. Other guys at the shop ( Zohaib, Mason, Alex) are fine just try and avoid this new rude guy. I am done with this shop now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best barber in town. Also been the longest lasting in Onehunga too. Z is a top professional barber. Never had a bad experience. Always the best customer service. Great conversation. Nice selection of things to read while waiting. Excellent decor. If the shop is full, he works past closing. Caters to all haircut types. Uses a shaver to do the edges where required. Generally just a great place. Thanks Z, it's always great to catch up with you, especially talking about where to get the best curries in Auckland. Cheers mate ?
