The coaches are all professional and equiped with proper knowledge to help with fixing your form or pushing you harder. I really enjoy going to the classes at Grey Lynn and just love the overall energy!

The trainers are lovely, the other class members are very friendly and welcoming for new comers, together creates a supportive and great environment for working out! And finally the most important thing to add was that just within one week I noticed a significant change in my body shape in the mirror and you cant put a price on progress that quick!

Other gym members have been so friendly. I love that you don’t have to plan it you come and know you get a good work out it while listening to loud pumped up music to get you through.

I’ve often found gym settings quite intimidating but F45 is a whole different experience. The people are all so friendly and supportive and there is a great sense of community. The workouts are challenging but the trainers are great and everything is ready for you to go. Highly recommend!
