★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am shocked at the negative experiences some have had due to poor communications and now fear for my two orders placed on the 10th Dec. I always take a picture of orders before exiting the payment page. If I hadn’t done this I wouldn’t know the order number of one orders that has not had an order confirmation. Have emailed and left a phone message. I live out of Auckland and are considering getting someone to visit the showroom to sort my orders. If the owner reads this please tell me what is happening to Order 58597 and Order 58601 in your review comments. Many thanks as I usually do like to give only very positive feedback when ordering on line. I will correct this review rating as soon as delivery is make but meantime I am very concerned.
VERY PLEASED TO REPORT - 1 ORDER DELIVERED TODAY AND SISTER IN LAW VERY VERY HAPPY. So while delivery was slow Goodness did deliver a very good gift box. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend and I ordered the aroha gift box for a friend going through a hard time. It was absolutely beautiful and she loved it! I also accidentally put my name on the delivery address (stupid phone) and they corrected this straight away.
Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. The order was received the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed my order from overseas, and I was hoping that it would reach my family member in time for their birthday. On their website, it said that if you had an urgent request, to send them a message as they "love a challenge". I sent them a direct message through their website asking if it was possible to express courier the gift, to make sure that it arrived on time, and I had an automated reply saying that it was possible.The order turned up over 1 week late. Shabby service and dissapointing value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the large basket. It’s an impressive gift to look at and to unpack. I was the recipient. I’ve received a number of gifts from NZ online gifting websites. The gift boxes are boxed in travelling cardboard. This was the most impressive. I can’t imagine any damage occurring to this gift which travelled to the South Island, rural post. The items in the gift basket I wouldn’t personally purchase again. But they’re still lovely as a gift.

We needed to send them across the country to lift these incredible people from all of the hard work they had been doing throughout the pandemic on top of an already challenging job. The quality of products in each gift items are really top notch not to mention the beautiful various packaging it comes in. This place is ideal gift place for friends colleagues customers and employees or whoever you want to thank or spoil. During the pandemic when Auckland was in shut down and was hard to shop for everyone during Christmas, they really stepped up their game and catered and accommodated to my every gift giving need. They really came through for me with the immense amount of items i was ordering. This place is fantastic for companies with lots of employees whom you want to spoil. I have never regretted my decision here. They also deliver directly without any problems.

She loved the gift, and it was packaged so well it actually looks twice as nice as the pictures on the site. And even though I got the address wrong, they contacted her and delivered to the correct address. For future gifts, I think I'll only use My Goodness Gift Baskets from now on :) Thank you!
