★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not recommend F45 Whangarei South more! I’ve been a member since day dot and have recently returned after about a year off to have a baby. The trainers were so welcoming on my return, it’s like I never left. The trainers are all friendly, experienced, enthusiastic and encouraging and push you to ensure you are getting the most out of your time in the studio.

More expensive than a normal gym, but you get that back in motivation.
