★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my iPhone screen replaced around 2 months ago and the screen recently just popped off and the display is glitching. Was advised this could be their poor parts or a botched glue repair job. Very disappointed.

Very happy. Phone is like brand new. 100% recommended

A couple days ago, I was in need of some technical services for my mobile phone. I tried a few places around Whangarei and found that in terms of customer service, TechnoFix Whangarei was both professional and friendly! Don't let its appearance fool you, Harish knows his stuff and is more then happy to talk through whatever issues you might have. Appreciate the awesome service and friendly customer service. I have had 2 phones fixed here (Samsung s5 back in 2016 and recently an iPhone 10)
When my s5 was done, we fixed it because there was photographic evidence of apprenticeship work that was needed for assignment papers and they FACTORY RESET the frikken phone so we had it fixed for nothing and the screen replacement wasn't even a Samsung screen and fell out not even 2 weeks later.
Iphone similar situation. The screen wasn't legit except instead of resetting it, the glass screen wasn't genuine and they damaged the device screen so it was glitching. Took it to GSM solutions and they fixed both with proper parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t use the whangarei branch. Took my iPhone 8 for a new screen. Phone worked perfect before they opened up the phone. Told phone had water damage. Sent the phone to a reputable phone repair company in Auckland. No water damage found. Very poor attempt to replace the screen causing damage by technofix. They paid for the phone repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t use the Whangarei branch. Took my partners iPhone in with issues regarding charging and holding battery life. After they put a ‘new’ battery in and cleaned the charging port, it was only a matter of a few weeks before the phone was in worse condition then before getting it ‘fixed’. Absolute waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my iPhone 11 in to have the back glass replaced. when I finally got it back the volume buttons are broken and Face ID no longer works. the phone was working perfectly before. When I queried this I was just told "they take no responsibility". a complete waste of money!
