Had a small issue after a couple of years from installation. Received a response to my email within hours with a resolution and suggested time that they could fix the problem. Very impressed with the after sales customer service.

Organised on three different occasions for them to come around and give us a quote, but every single time they failed to show up without even the courtesy to ring to say they weren't able to make it. My fiancee stayed in at home to meet them; time she'll never get back.

We emailed for a quote only a few days ago, but as i was in the area i thought i would call by to check out there products. I mentioned this to the lady at reception and recieved the rudest response. By no means was i trying to rush a quote. The worst customer service. Attitude appalling. Will not be requiring a quote from this company. There are more professional/friendly companies in the Wairarapa.

Made various phone calls and sent emails. Emails never replied to. Phone calls sometimes returned with days to come and do a quote. They never turned up when they said they would. And they never understood what I wanted a quote for looked at the glass instead of the actual door. Then once sorted they couldn't give a cost for the job. What a waste of time. They maybe good at what they do but certainly not good at the communication and the service sucks. Decided not to go with them.

Wow what can I say, quite honestly the worst company I've had the displeasure to work with, our windows were 5 weeks late which we were advised of the day of install so the house was boarded up for the winter, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude to my wife and hung up on her without giving us any information about when our windows were due to be delivered, they missed 2 delivery dates, once they finally arrived one window was cracked and had to be repaired... 4 weeks later a guy came to do that, he was really nice and the only good this company has, my advice to him is run, find somewhere else dude.

Great windows, awful service. We love our new windows and we’re gradually forgetting the pains of getting them. Things started well, we sent the specifications, got an initial quote and visited the showroom. Sadly this is when things went wrong. The notes from my visit didn’t get updated. Yes, I didn’t check the spec sheet, but I trusted that it would have been updated. We then came to order and that’s when I noticed that things weren’t as agreed. We then had a painful period of me requesting changes, changes not being done, PBS asking questions, me and my project manager missing emails etc. - it was painful but I wasn’t perfect either (I’m being balanced and preempting the blaming response). The emails though were often rude and patronising and everything was my fault, even when it wasn’t. The worst bit was the various missed delivery dates. Yes it’s COVID so we need to be understanding, but expectations weren’t set clearly. We then received confirmation 48h before delivery date, then nothing showed up (after our builder had opened up)- TWICE! Then half our windows were ready but PBS wouldn’t deliver them so we had to find and pay for another company to deliver the windows that were available so our builder could progress. I initially tried to come to an agreement around splitting the additional costs incurred, over $2,000, but PBS refused to acknowledge that they had done anything wrong. Frankly if they learned the word ‘sorry’ then it would go a long way. Suffice to say I just paid in full to try to be a good customer and to draw a line under this painful experience. Eventually we got the windows and the glass fitters were terrific. We needed some additional windows for another part of the house and went elsewhere. I couldn’t cope with the disorganisation and rude service again.
