★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the large man in there, told me (though i had bought items in previous Rodd and Gunn shops before) that nothing in the shop would be in my size or fit me. very arrogant and unfriendly, though i love the brand and its clothes, he has put me off shopping at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service representative was arrogant and not helpful. He seemed annoyed that he had to refold clothes that we had tried on, which we later purchased. Not friendly, not approachable and not welcoming. Very disappointing from a store that we have shopped in for many many years. On the other hand, we are happy with our items.

I can only think I have never had to deal with the same person these other reviewers are talking about. We have always had a great experience in Rodd and Gunn, Palmy. Nothing is too much effort for the staff and we enjoy our time in their store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my wife saw a really nice leather jacket...... asked the women who worked there where they were so I could try one on. Her reply was "are you a loyalty customer because they aren't cheap!"
In a very rude and condescending way. Not happy I was going to purchase the jacket for $999 but will take my money elsewhere. So rude!
New owners and manager are much nicer people and very helpful i have changed my review to reflect as much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t think I ever been to a premium clothing store with a lowest CSR quality ever. Last night I attend loyalty event, and one of the lady (not Aby) she seems so rude and unhelpful. She literally dropped me with bunch of lazy answers, when I was just asking for sizes. She even left a vacuum untidy in one of the corner where fitting areas are located. To be honest, they really need to get rid these staff that cannot represents a rembrandt.
