I know alot of people love there stuff, i didn't find anything i thought was worth the extra price they have on there products. I also found the staff unhelpful and kinda rude. I acknowledge they had a whole lot of new stock they were trying to unpack, but the store was open and we were legitimate customers. So expect a bit better.

Freedom Furniture does not care about their customers. I purchased a lamp and DAYS later it was on sale for $90 less The staff were aware and should have made me aware (from their own admission), and Freedom will not put this right. Another company all about money and not about the customer. Such a disappointment.

Note this isn’t about this store but Freedom’s β€˜customer experience’ representative. I am posting here so someone actually resolves my issue. I would give zero if that were possible. Bought a Dahlia couch which is not fit for purpose, the legs eventually collapsed. When I tried to get the situation resolved I had to deal with a representative who claimed it had been dragged (it had not) and even had the audacity to try to justify this by saying β€œI’ve been five years in the industry (what industry?) and I know when a couch has been dragged” - lady I’ve got bread in the freezer older than five years, that’s not a lot of time in an industry. They then proceeded to insist that it had been dragged, essentially calling me a liar. Considering the amount of money my family has spent in the past, and would have spent in the future furnishing several complete residences, I’m surprised Freedom would choose to die in the hill of providing some measly replacement legs. Not only did they again call me a liar, they did not even offer an option for me to pay to have the couch repaired, because ultimately I want a working couch. I will not ever buy from Freedom again, and I will ensure none of my friends or family do either. Unbelievably bad service, business, and customer management. I should also point out this couch as well as another took over 6 months to arrive once ordered. Buy from somewhere else. Freedom have someone with some actual customer experience skills contact me to resolve this. I don’t want to see a trying to save your face PR reply, I want a result.

Not happy with customer service of the guy. We bought heaps of stuffs from there. We got $25 for review and Went there to use $25 voucher. The guys in the store didn’t let us use in the store. What is point of having store if I need to do everything online. Waste of time. I am not gonna go there anymore.

Purchased a King size bed last July 03, 2021 until today it was not delivered. Sales clerk told us it will be delivered after 3 months due to needed to be ordered overseas plus because of covid. We have been ringing the store after 3 months and said that the other parts of the bed are already in the country but the headboard did not arrive. So I said to deliver the bed without the headboard as I am needing the bed badly. Weeks passed and we never seen or heard any updates from them. So we rang and rang the store a couple of times and said they will update us the next day or the manager will update us through email or call but until today bed never arrived!! I would definitely rate this store and their customer service for the "WORSE". First you should have not sell any item if its not in the country! Second telling too much lies and NO WORD of HONOR to their customer! I would never ever come back to this store ever! ? And hopefully after this review they would learn to update their customer! ?
