β β β β β I had exceptional experience with this store. I was visiting Auckland and could not access my account. I found it difficult trying to contact the online service. Eventually I got the store manager Cathy Borreta who gave me outstanding service. She took my list of items I wanted over the phone and delivered them to me in Newmarket / Remuera within an hour of ordering. She was exceptionally kind, caring and efficient and went out of her way to be helpful. Thank you for your kindness

β β β β β Sorry to say. Normally the food sold at Farro is of the best quality. Not today. Two pieces of sirloin steak. Tough as old boots. Marketed as Premium meat. Inedible. Very disappointed. I wonβt be buying meat there again.

β β β β β Great shopping experience with their large selection of products, most of which are things you dont find in your standard supermarket. The entrance is located at the side of the building where there are plenty of other parking spots. There is also a food truck outside in the parking lot area which was changing on the Sunday morning.
I quite like the range of the easy cook items which makes dinners easy. They also have a nice deli section with cheeses, meats and other ready to eat items. It was a fairly cheap lunch with the quiches and aranchinis they had.
Definitely a nice place to shop although it is a pain to get back onto Lunn Ave when traffic is busy.
