If you ever crave free food , just walk into this subway and grab whatever online order subway is left on the table, because the staff don't care/check.
All jokes aside though , the customer service is actually non-existent, staff don't even greet you, they don't even check who you are before you grab the subway that was ordered online. Literally anybody can come in the store and take it the sub you paid.
I sincerely hope the manager is treating them well because your staff today look tired and beat up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth half a star. I hope they close this store down. Osh would be shocked! Very bad service. Bad food. Not fresh at all. Staff are unfriendly. I walked in hungry, I walked out sickened. These reviews get ignored though huh? Reading through- nothing changes. DO NOT GO HERE UNTIL THEY PICK THEIR GAME UP. Boycott the place until they make the changes us as the paying customer deserves. Whoever owns and runs this store should be ashamed and embarrassed.

Also no masks being worn by employees is a very uninviting look.
Would not recommend - also to note, even 1 star is too much for this specific chain store.
Will never be returning or ordering from here again.
