★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought 3 life proof cases from here all of which when your phone is on speaker the other caller can not hear you properly it cuts in and out. We tried to return them they replaced and the same thing keeps happening went to return again and they say there’s nothing wrong. WHICH THERE IS!! so frustrating will not purchase from this store again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service went in to get my charger input fixed came back and only worked for an hour and started flashing the apple logo and wouldnt turn on and if i kept it on charger the phone got hot, took it back and they said its will be for free to diagnose the problem and took them all day to come back with nothing and didnt put the screws back in to hold the back of the phone. went back to get the screws and they said it never came with screws lol never going back here.
My sister in law took the phone in the first time got the charger input replaced and my brother took it in when its started flashing after it came back because i injured my leg in a rugby game so i couldnt go down there myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok service, terrible product. Paid $250 to get screen replaced, they damaged my phone in the process, screen failed within a month then they charged me $200 to fix their stuff up. Would advise friends & family to avoid.
Will be contacting Sanal Lonappan (Owner of Fast Fix) personally to discuss my refund or I will take this to small claims court

We don’t even want to give them one star either
Took phone to fix screen told me to come back an hour later, came back phone covered in glue and cello tape around it. Screen was coming away but the lady told me to keep the tape on for 24hours and not to remove it. Couple of days later screen had a crack. Phone non responsive. Have to keep resetting it. called them straight away told me to come down.
Pretty much they blamed it on me and that it wasn’t part of the warranty. At the same time rude when leaving the shop as I told a person behind me not to get it fixed here go somewhere else.

Took in my still working iphone 7 to get the screen replaced as that was all that needed fixing, got told to come back an hour later and when I came back the guy at the counter told me he put a new screen on but the phone is completely unresponsive. I know for a fact it was 100 % still working it still turned on could still see parts of the screen. He then proceeded to tell me to go buy a new iphone for only $700. Lol. Very unhappy feel like I've been scammed didn't even look like he changed the screen at all. Should not of trusted these people with my phone so willingly. ???

I took my iPhone 7+ in to get the battery replaced, the phone was in perfect working order when I left it with them. When I returned I first discovered issues with the phone connecting to the mobile network, I went back and the corrected the issue. Minutes later I discovered issues with not being able to make calls the person I called could not hear me and I could not hear them. They corrected this, and then notified me that if a battery degrades past a certain point and you replace the battery this may have adverse issues on other parts of the phone. Would of been good to know this up front, but still not completely convinced of this story. Now I have an iPhone 7+ that keeps going to the Lock Screen at random intervals and is close to not usable. I will not bother going back, thanks Fast Fix you have fast tracked me having to get a new phone.
Very unhappy, never use these guys. I will not put a foot into their store again and if asked will never recommend them.

I don’t even want to give them one star.
I took my phone in to get fixed but within a month the screen had started to come away. I took it bacon and the woman glued it down and put Sellotape around it. Two days later the phone is still coming apart so I took it back in. They said they would replace it with a different type of screen. Somewhere between the store and home the new screen had cracked in my handbag (the same place I keep my phone day in day out for years). The phone was not dropped, it was not sat on or knocked against anything. When I took it back they they refused to fix it.
The screen is not fit for purpose and refusal to fix it is a breach of he consumer guarantees act.
Within two days the phone started glitching - making random phone calls, skipping songs and jumping to random websites etc. It also gets hot to touch when on charge. The fix is so bad that I am now unable to use it and have to fork out hundreds of dollars for a new one.
Refusal to fix something is one thing, but to roll your eyes and talking over top of someone is just bad customer service.
