I got a speedy and helpful response to that and so I went into the store for them to replace an iPhone 7 Plus battery. The man I dealt with was professional and clear and did the job in less time than originally suggested. I didn't compare the cost with other providers but in terms of having 100% battery now and a very useable phone, I'm happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, these people are NOT Apple professionals, DO NOT go here to get Apple products repaired. I took my laptop in to get fixed here, they supposedly fixed it and I paid the cost and picked it up. I looked at the system settings when I got home and they had replaced my i7 processor with 16 GB RAM with an i5 processor with 8 GB RAM! I emailed them and they were unwilling to waive the cost of labour for THEIR mistake if I wanted this rectified. The manager (Milan Mogin) still insisted I pay for the labour if I were to have this rectified, but, they COULDN’T GET MY PROCESSOR IN STOCK. I had to settle with a downgrade of an i5 processor, because apparently that’s all they can get (no wonder, as they are not Apple certified). They tried to blame me for this mistake as they quoted me this downgrade, where I assumed they would be replacing the parts with equivalent parts. This all happened while I was a student, so heavily reliant on my laptop. Such a waste of time and money—and horrible service from everyone involved. Never going back there again as they can’t even order parts to fix things appropriately.
