★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here while charging up my car before hitting the road... amazing blueberry muffins, extra amazing coffee, and even amazinger staff who are super friendly and knowledgeable about all things coffee! (That really does take passion.)
I was the only customer at the time, so had a good chat with the English barista about traveling, meeting other travelers, etc. Also, the prices are WAY better than anywhere else in Taupo, so it’s worth the trip slightly out of town.
The iced coffee was so good that I sat outside to drink it and watch the planes, then went back for another while my car finished charging up!
5 stars for the food and coffee, 6 stars for the staff! ?
