Cabinet food I ordered was terrible. Coffee was fine and the servers OK. But really, I suspect serving up yesterday's unsold food, not a good look. Will give it a miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to my personal standard of Coffee Club franchises. Coffee was average-cappuccino, food was worse - creamy mushrooms was more like creamy curdled cheese overloaded with spring onions and parsley. I guess owners /chef have changed since my last visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best cafe in Taupo! (Went in Jan 22) Stayed there for 3 days and went there for lunch each day! It had the best cabinet food, menu and staff out of all cafes. Great location too. Chips & burgers were great, only thing was the iced chai was made with syrup rather than powder which some aren’t a fan of. Definitely best in Taupo for lunch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved our breakfast here. My partner and I came to the coffee club this morning before we headed back to Hamilton. We absolutely enjoyed everything about this place! The people working there were so lovely and friendly, the food was absolutely amazing! Oh and the coffee was the best coffee I have ever had! Pretty busy cafe but no surprises there because I mean it’s such a nice place to eat or even to have a coffee while you sit and chat. Just amazing! Thank you so much The Coffee Club staff in Taupo solid 10/10 and we will definitely be back next time we’re in Taupo :)

I would definitely recommend to try their new Toast sandwiches, absolutely YUMMY.
