★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter Person TANIA dont know the different ways to help and give information to customer questions and details and just simply told me that "I'm new so I do it my way" and didnt bother herself to ask for help as there are available counter people during that hour. What a close minded and incompetent employee. It's just her who doesnt know the to find out the information i was looking for. Other staff always knew it. Seeing her at NZ Post as counter for quite a while now but her knowledge is not satisfying to give customer a good service and no proper etiquette to deal with. Always got a bad attitude and frowning face not a good look!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, the usual unpleasant service received. No surprises there. Here is where the most unpleasant lady in the world serving is. She is not only rude and unhelpful, but loud to ensure EVERYONE in the long que hears her berating the customer she is serving. The thing that gets me is that she calls the customer "lovey", after she is finished serving (to use the term loosely) them. She doesn't even have the grace to realise how much she is embarrassing herself!. A smile and helpful service would go a long way NZ post Feilding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Social distancing has been marked with tape on the floor. The newly painted walls and shop fittings will be added to as time goes by I am sure. The staff must have worked very hard to get the place ready to open. I have a concern that there are fewer carparks on the street outside this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i visit this post shop daily and besides the wait (which can be awhile sometimes) i have never had a problem with the service or treatment ive received, Tania and the crew offer bloody good banter. i like being called "lovely" just saying. A+ for service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like others if zero stars was an option that would be my choice. Customers should not leave feeling uncomfortable. A very unpleasant visit; staff were rude, too busy having their own conversations, making snide comments behind the counter and what seemed to be ‘personal jokes’. Some customer service training would go a long way in this establishment. Is this not meant to be friendly Feilding?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a former employee I understand how frustrating it must be having to wait in a queue but there is still no need to take it out on the employees. They work so damn hard and try their best to satisfy every customer. It does get hard keeping a friendly attitude after constantly being abused all day by customers. But they do try their hardest and are sympathetic knowing how long some people have to wait.
