I recently purchased 5 singlets from this company, including 4 bridesmaids singlets and 1 personalized "Future Mrs". The bridesmaid’s singlets were great, however I was very disappointed to discover that the spelling of the surname on my custom singlet was incorrect.
Although frustrating, especially as they were only required to spell two words and managed to get one wrong, I understand that mistakes happen and was happy to wait for the issue to be resolved. I really like the style of the singlet so I had contacted the company to advise them of the issue and asked for the singlet be re-printed and re-sent.
In short, it took countless emails (a lot going unanswered), 8 weeks and a great deal of time and frustration to try and get a resolution to this issue. The end result was a refusal by the company to re-send the item unless I also paid for additional postage (a ridiculous request seeing as the error is entirely with their company), and finally a simple refund for the misspelled singlet, which was not received until 2 weeks after they told me it had been processed (following up this refund also resulted in many unanswered emails).
Although the refund was appreciated, I was left only weeks out from my wedding having to find a replacement singlet. As any other bride will understand, there are much bigger and more important things to plan and organise leading up to a wedding, without the added stress of dealing with an incompetent company with non-existent customer service skills.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased mens underpants (with Groom, Best Man, etc) from My Wedding Shop NZ for my sons wedding in September 2014. This business told me that they posted the underpants. I never received the items. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A RIP OFF....
I have included a few of the emails they sent to me, let me just say again, do not use this business....
We have already lodged this with nz and aus post as to where the items have been misplaced. They will send you out lost parcel forms so they can reimburse you for the lost items as the have accepted responsibility for the lost parcel, please allow 7 days for these forms to arrive.
Let me follow this up for you right away, I will contact you back within the next 45 mins
I do apologise for the delay, yes I have heard back from the postal provider and they have said the items had been delivered successfully however as the customer is saying no items have been delivered they will send you out a claims form from Australian Post as they have been the company to lose the parcel, not us. Please allow 7 days for this form to arrive.
