★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely a disgrace. I paid for 2 bedroom and sofa bed and got the two bedroom. I had to sleep on the floor. The carpet has lots of stains on it. Good stuff lots of space. Kitchen lots of appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As you know, you have to pick up the key at a location next to the apartment. The guy there is very unfriendly and you don’t feel very welcomed.
The neighborhood is just bad and seems to be very rough. Next to the apartment is a shelter for homeless people and some of them hang around near the entrance area of the apartment.
Some of the people there were using drugs on the street during the day.
We did not feel safe at all.
One day a stranger in a hooded jacket knocked on our door - as he found out that we were at home, he ran away - whatever he might have wanted.
You have to sleep in a dumped children bed - thats just uncomfortable and reminds you at a stay in a hostel rather than a chic apartment.
The apartment is just not clean at all. The worst was the kitchen were we found dirty kitchenware with food leftovers on it.
It’s ridiculous that you have to pay a 50$ cleaningfee for a dirty apartment.
Also you have to pay a 3% creditcard fee - I think that’s just a rip-off.
To cut a long story short it was the worst hotel we ever experienced! I would stay away from that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in apartment 803 which is one of 7 serviced apartments by this owner. Our friends also stayed in another apartment.
We are arrived and the room was so hot it was uncomfortable..... No aircon... No windows. Only a sliding door in main room.
NO flannels or hand towels.. Phoned owner and he said they do not provide these. Nor do they provide aircon.
One wine glass for 4 people.
Dirty oven trays.
Coffee on table but no milk in the fridge?? This is not a hotel but when your a serviced apartment or an Airbnb there are standards you need to meet and these people have met barely any. Pretty disappointing.
Also there is no parking . We had to park down the road and cart all our belongs up the road... Alot of money for not much.. I suggest you book a fully serviced hotel for the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is clean. Check in is easy. Location is convenient. However, no information regarding how to adjust air condition would be an issue. We stayed in spring time. Outside temperature was about 18C but inside we felt like we were in 28C or higher. Although we got two fans, it was impossible for us to get fresh air unless we opened the windows. But when we opened the widows, we smelled heavy creasy cooking from the street as On the ground floor of the building is a Chinese cuisine express. Overall an acceptable accommodation but could be better if they provide prompt customer service responses or guidance on air conditioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the neighbourhood is very bad, there are homeless people living on the street in front of the building. apart from that it's quite noisy.
one day a stranger knocked on our door, when he realized that we're home he jumped in the lift and disappeared.
the apartment was just not clean at all. we had to clean the dishes before we could even think about to use them. the facilities are old and used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever had to pay more then 300$+ cleaning charger for apartment which was almost empty and had only stayed for about 2 months what nonsense is this.
Not recommended at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noisy environment no matter in daytime nor nights. On top, very difficult to deal issues popping up with the officer or manager. Or impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was not a pleasant experience at all.
While the front line staff at Zenith Property Management did all they could to accommodate us and the issues we had, however we are disappointed in management staff and the quality and price of the apartment we stayed in.
It was very obvious that the apartment hasn't been maintained well and certainly doesn't represent the photos on Booking.com.
Dirty floors, mould in the bathrooms, dried urine on the walls of the bathrooms, broken desk, broken kitchen draws, well used couch that smelled of sweat and dirt, mould in the washing machine, dried snot on the sheets and a layer of dust throughout the apartment which had an effect on our kids asthma and a remote that didn't work so we couldn't get in or out of the carpark and were expected to walk an hour to get the replacement remote.
Be very aware of what you are booking. Certainly not worth the $1400 for 5 nights
