Thank you Jess for helping us buy this home. As soon as we walked in we knew it was the one. We went into lockdown as we were due to get the builder and valuer in, which meant a stressful lockdown while everything was delayed. Jess kept in touch with us through lockdown, and answered any concerns we had and always answers the phone or texts (and we sent quite a few). We can't wait to move in.

We were first home buyers and highly stressed about the home buying process. Over months of looking for houses we got the feeling some real estate agents take advantage of first home buyer's lack of knowledge in certain areas. But Jess went out of her way to make sure we knew what we were doing, explained things to us when we were confused/unsure (which was a lot!), and supported us EVERY step of the way for 4+ months of house hunting! She is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and very organized. We cannot thank Jess enough for all the time and effort she put in, and for finding us a beautiful house that we can now call home. For anyone looking to buy or sell - Jess is the best!

Jess Burgess is a pleasure to work with and we were so very happy with the result - a quick sale, with multiple offers to consider and a sale price above asking price.
Jess was super professional at all times; she knows the current market extremely well and gave us well-considered, spot-on advice.
We would definitely work with Jess again should the need arise - selling our long-held family home was an emotional time but Jess's bubbly and caring nature helped make the whole experience so much easier.
