She made sure we were still happy to go out fishing and that we knew we could go back if anyone felt unwell or uneasy. So grateful we did go out as she took us to the most amazing sheltered spot and we immediately caught four trout. Such a great experience, so glad we booked with Susan and will definitely go out with her again! Highly recommended.

Susan was fabulous. Right from the get go she was keen to share her passion and get us excited too.
She's a great teacher and was able to make everyone feel very independent despite there being a range of ability in our group.
We caught our first fish quickly and enjoyed the snack break to warm up with some tea and coffee Susan had prepared for us.
Susan showed us around the different bays and went out of her way to make the experience very worthwhile. This is not just your average charter; Susan is caring and clearly loves engaging with everyone she shares her experience with. Would highly recommend and am planning to come back with other family and friends in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing experience. More than just successful catching 3 well conditioned fish we had the pleasure of a hugely knowledge skipper who generously shared her knowledge and patiently tutored us through the intricacies of landing a trout without taking over or even handling the rod.
Three hours of fun dinner caught and a wonderful day on lake Taupō incredibly reasonably priced. Thank you Susan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great morning out with Susan who was enthusiastic and very good with our boys on their first fishing expedition - 3 big trout landed and brought home for the BBQ. Susan's boat is immaculate as well as quiet and comfortable on the water, and her whole process for the day was relaxed and supremely professional. I intend to be back in the winter to try my luck then.
