★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for in a city. Right by the water in an industrial area (quiet at night). Nice clean flush toilets. Rubbish bins. Dumpstation and water. Popular with a local crew with music etc but only early evening.

Water with hoses you can't find a way to use..
Good view at high tide..
Good space handy to shops and a swimming pool.
