β β β β β Extra waiting time at every turn. Not enough staff on duty on first couple of visits, and once matters progressed we still had a wait at each appointment.
We achieved a good route sorted by the agent - negotiated and sorted together to get a set of times and timing that met our needs. A pretty good priced bundle of flights with some prepaid accommodation was appreciated.... and then more drama getting tickets "finalised, printed, and in our hands". Just a tad stressful ... again.

β β β β β Worst experience I have ever had with a travel agent. The agent I dealt with was abysmal as responding to messages/emails which was unprofessional. I am going to be making a formal complaint.

β β β β β I have been using flight Center for the past 4 years now - and wouldnβt go anywhere else! Very competitive prices. Rhea Altoft from the Henderson branch has been an absolute gem. I have been needing to travel through the peak of of the Pandemic and Rhea made sure I was upto date with all the covid restrictions and reached safely. She has been very patient, professional and attentive with ALL my flight changes and requests.
I am now based in the UK and still use Rhea to this date as she is simply the BEST! She goes the extra mile and makes the whole process stress free!
