I just ordered now chicken and bacon mcmuffin meal and to my surprise it doesn't have any bacon in it. Meals have fries but doesn't have any single ketchup? When I went back, they are not even apologetic about that. What if I have gone straight home how should I come back just so they can put the bacon? It was like its my job to check if there's a bacon and ask for it. I ask why there's no ketchup? And they say you have to ask for it! Sarcastically! Like Hello!!!! McDonalds meal suppose to have ketchup in it automatically. Feels like I lost my appetite for my meal and I regret ordering. Staffs are not even professional, if they made mistake or forgot, I could understand.people make mistakes but a simple sorry and smile could pacify your customer! I do hope this could reach and be corrected by the management.

β β β β β I feel that Mcdonalds needs a more efficient operating system. They have a lot of workers yet that does not help with the speed of completing orders. I also feel that the burgers could look better, big Macs are notoriously messy.

β β β β β Been buying here happy meals coz of the toy displayed on the screen and they will give you the old one my son have more than 5 the same one. Making you spend happy meal my son not happy :(

β β β β β My daughter and I went here it was terrible service was bad my daughter asked for a cheese burger with no pickles no onions and no sauce only to recieve it and it had everything she took it back and told the assistant it was wrong so the assistant took the burger which we thought she was going to give a new one but no she took it to the back where we could still see her she pulled out the onions and scraped off the sauce brought it back and said here you go oh my gosh what sort of service is this that we pay $20 for a meal to be treated like this is disgusting your sales assistants need to stay longer in training and learn some people skills. I would not even given it a 1 star rating but had to so my review would be entered.

β β β β β I ordered through the self service and selected chips with my sausage and egg mc muffin combo. I sat down to eat and there was a hash brown with my combo instead of chips. Are staff not checking the orders anymore? By the time my chips were ready, my muffin was cold. McDonald's is going downhill, its not the first time my order was incorrect.

I ordered from here and got the most dryest food ever I ordered the chicken burger it was the most dryest food ever it was cold and dry. Chicken nuggets it was spongey dry and cold. And the fry's cold and stiff.I ordered some other food from here it was fine. I m spend 60$ for trash of food. What a waste of money. I will never go back here a gain.??????????THE FOOD SUCKED.
