From the get-go she was very attentive, personable and listened to exactly what we needed.
Ruth has always fully customized all our trips to meet our personal travel needs effortlessly.
All recommendations for accommodation and tours has been spot on and she would only recommend what she knew we would enjoy.
We have always been happy with the level of customer service she has given us and always love going in store to see her and her beaming smile.
She truly does take the hassle out of making travel plans. I would highly recommend Ruth to anyone looking to go abroad.

โ โ โ โ โ Wanted to book a ticket from London to Ireland. We thought we would be in and out. The guy who dealt with us showed us the โonly ticketโ available which was about $1000. We were surprised, and asked if that was the cheapest available. He then clicked a button, and showed us the exact same flights for $800. This is an hour and half flight.
We decided not to go with them, and tried ourselves when we got home. We found flights, and ended up getting coach transfers included, for $400. The price went from $1000 to $400.
The whole encounter reeked of scheming commission workers. We expected to pay a bit extra for them going to the trouble of finding the bookings, but not 150% extra.
It felt like the person we dealt with knew that they were keeping the cheaper flights from us to line his own pockets, and because of that they lost our money and our trust.
We have booked big trips in the past with flight centre, and the extra you paid did feel worth it. But please very wary for scheming money grabbers like the one we dealt with.
