β β β β β Visit the shop to buy glasses for myself and wife but ignored totally by staff as you enter in the store even spent 20-25 minutes in store for looking the glasses no help at all busy in doing her own stuff.not a good experience end up buy nothing

β β β β β Lynn mall branch customer service was horrible I went to the store two ladies were just standing there doing nothing at all, they didnβt approach me so I had to approach this lady and asked about sunglasses she answered with only two words and left. I was gonna buy Prada Sunglasses with her attitude I changed my mind.

β β β β β I came 6 PM Thursday night 26th of May. Was very busy late night in the mall. Shop was closed for 30 minutes break that's what was written on the door . I was waiting for an hour and when I was about to leave seller lady turned up with few shopping bags from nearby Stirling sport store. So when customers waiting for the shop to be open during pick hours on late night the seller was having great night shopping for herself lol not bad not bad

β β β β β I'm disgusted with the customer service at Lynn mall outlet! I went there with my kids; after shopping done in the countdown, that site probably gave away that customer care lady to make a pathetic judgment that this guy wouldn't buy glasses ?! It's unfortunate to see these people work in shops to serve customers!! I spent over 10 mins in the store to find the glasses which suited, even though there wasn't a single person in the shop, she pretended to be busy and didn't even bother to ask whether I needed help; when I approached her, it was one-word answers. Absolute chump!!

β β β β β Excellent customer service made by Sale Consultant: 43450423 Michelle! She was very friendly to understand what I wanted. My situation was I am driving everyday and polarized lenses was my priority but the model of shades I purchased in onehanga was non polarized so I decided to return them and purchase the same model but with polarized lenses. Michelle was very helpful and patience with my transaction and refund as I had some issues with my bank and AFTERPAY account. I got back home to resolve it and then returned to their store after two hrs and she placed the order for me online. Michelle also assured me once the shades arrives she will give me a call or will send me a text msg so then I can pick up from the store as we agreed.
Definitely highly recommend her as a future store or higher position manager. Sunglasshut - You definitely need to keep her at your teamβ she can deliver anything you want her to deliver. Michelle is your Star βοΈ Thank You! Iβm excited to collect my new Coach Sunglasses this Sunday ????
