β β β β β Been there with friends couple of weeks ago. First they got the whole order wrong. I am a vegetarian and asked for vege burger they delivered chicken burger. It was so identical that we got wrong order. So went to counter and asked OMG instead of an apology the person carelessly said the burger is vegetarian. We literally had to open the burger and give them proof of getting chicken burger. Then only they believed. YOU LOST YOUR CUSTOMER FOREVER.

β β β β β Went there today (Sunday) for lunch. Poor staff was overrun as they were understaffed, the wait time for the food was really long and the place was unclean. The plates and cutlery were in bad condition as well. Dear owners, have some staff on as youβll lose customers otherwise. The pity is that the food still turned out of decent quality

β β β β β It was very disappointing to get burnt and old chicken delivered to my door. It was an absolute shame to serve it to my guests. I hope the manager(if there is one on duty) try to run some food quality checks to see what the guys at the shop are sending to customers.
Chicken was all burnt, I wish I could take photo but due to having guests I wasnβt able to. Other than it was burnt it looked like it was from a week ago too , and they just reheat it. Traumatized by the experience and will not order from New Lynn branch anymore. I love Nandos but this branch is absolutely ruining it. I hope it gets fixed!

β β β β β First of all me and my family love Nandos.I have ordered chicken and kids burger for lunch today.The Kids burger for my daughter she loves Nandos. But the burger bun is Rock hard she couldn't bite the burger bun .I have attached the photos.It happened to me twice and I have show them the bun because I was dinning at the shop before the lock down.I think you guys are using microwave to heat the burger buns instead of the toster. I am very very disappointed with New lynn Nandos.

β β β β β Customer service here is going down. Some very moody staff. The food is a gamble, one day good the next day awful! When it is bad it is really bad! Chips deep fried several times, chicken like charcoal black. Won't be going back to this branch ever again.

β β β β β What's the point of having an online ordering system when you can't even make an order on time! I ordered at 3.30pm for 6.30pm pick up, my husband stood there waiting for over 50 minutes for our food! At least he should've been informed about any delays but no, someone kept saying 2 mins leading to 50mins!!! frikin waste of time!! Pathetic slow as service and communication is zero!! They not even answering their phone.. 10.05.22 7.30pm!!! Came home only to see frikin burnt chicken n normal chips when I had ordered extra spicy chicken, peri peri chips and a choc mouse(which was missing and no sauce either!!).This is extremely pathetic n disappointing. I need someone to get back to me asap!!!!

β β β β β People can dine in and should scan a code on the table to order online. We had a whole chicken with 2 large sides. The hot sauce for the whole chicken was delicious. Peri peri kumara chips and corn on the cob with butter were tasty too. Just the corn cobs and some parts of the chicken were burned, so tasted bitterβ¦ But fast service though.
