β β β β β I purchased a $13 combo from this outlet yesterday, when I went to eat, the chicken was really rubbery- I couldn't even cut into it, it tasted "old", and odd, certainly has put me off going there again....in the past, this place has always had good food ? I did tell them, but they didn't want to know...good PR NOT!!!

β β β β β I filled my plate with a selection of all their vegetarian dishes. Unfortunately, all of them were totally flavourless. Even the spring rolls and sweet chilli sauce. Even worse was when I bit down on something hard that looked like bone. In the vegetarian dishes??

β β β β β Rather disappointing. I ALWAYS order a bubble tea as they are usually quite nice, but if you call a glass of ice, bubble tea, and as a customer you question it with a stunned mullet look of surprise as a reply....NO THANKS. Just lost a regular there.

β β β β β Meat in dishes can be almost classed as vegetarian as it is mostly breading. All dishes taste similar of regret. Bubble tea pearl also overcooked. Teeth required to eat.

β β β β β I ordered noodle soup but They forgot my order. I asked whatβs going on and they only said βkitchen missed your orderβ. It took 30mins to get mine and They never said sorry. I think they do not know how to say SORRY. everyone makes mistake but the problem is attitude. They just have a thick skin..

β β β β β The fried meat from the sweet and sour pork was overcooked, the batter was hard and the meat tasted like ropes. The milk tea's Boba seems to be leftovers, the outside was squishy and the inside was hard.
The customer service was also really bad, try them at your own risk.

β β β β β The meats here arnt very good, the main staple, sweet n sour pork was bitter and lifeless, wouldnt recomend this hundry wok to anyone. The henderson branch is wayyy better. Because the meats are actually cooked and not soggy. The chips were also very bad.
