β β β β β AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. PLEASE READ TILL THE END. To start with some of the staff doesnt know how to talk to people. They booked my appointment after they knew it is being funded but then i end up getting couple calls saying that appointment has to be cancelled or postponed as its not being funded. I questioned them, if it wasnt funded why was my appointment booked at first place, the lady Amanda professionally said I DONT KNOW. Well can you find out and then she says you told us you would send confirmation that it was funded which, well, doesnt make sense. Now comes the most important feedback, i went there once my appointment was confirmed. Like any other medical places there were forms to fill. There is a page called Patient Privacy Consent which has asked for approval of things which i havent seen at any other place in past 5-6 years in NZ until now. I will try to attach that with this. On top of that when they had sent me an email with attachment, that page itself wasnt attached in email but rest were which makes it more suspicious. Even the staff lady told me that, yes we have raised this issue as well a lot of times but the legal team hasnt done anything to it. What a waste of time and money they are. Wouldnt go there again and advice people to ask for the forms they ask to fill out before booking in.

β β β β β Went here for first time and was impressed. I like the way you book the procedures and they were right on time. Pleasant waiting room and all the staff welcoming and helpful. Why go to the other place in Manukau City (Horizon) to queue for a long time in tired old premises.

β β β β β I visited SRG Manukau on Monday 5th July 2021. I was going to have an Epidural Steroid Injection The receptionist was very helpful, informative and accomdating to my family member as I was unable to drive after my procedure.
The nurse made you feel calm and was very thorough with the information regarding the epidural steroid injection.
The doctor was polite, friendly and talked through everything as he was doing the procedure. The aftercare nurse was great and gave me the all clear to leave. During my visit I was cared for very well with professionalism. I wasn't just a number on their list, I was a valid person. Thank you to all staff at SRG Manukau.

β β β β β I accompanied my mom and visited SRG Manukau, on 8th July, 2021. The customer service is really excellent. On top of that the receptionist is a cheerful and professional lady.
They do care about their customers and make visitor feel welcome.
Highly recommended to all the locals in Auckland.

β β β β β Terrible service. Eventually had my xray and went to the reception to pay. I was asked to wait although i was the only one in reception. After a really long wait I enquired about paying. She did not know who i was. Terrible reception service

β β β β β I have gone here before but it was for an x-ray on the same injury I still have now. So this time after almost two years later. I still don't know why I was referred to Takanini ARG when I have always gone here for MRI or X-ray or Ultrasound appts.
Anyway, when I had my last x-ray here it was in and out. Lady doc was patient with me while my father waited in the waiting room. But I am due for an MRI for my physiotherapist referred me here, finally as it was closest to home.
I'm broke and can't afford long trips on buses or trains. It's money spent elsewhere and I have been trying to figure out my financial complications as it is due to COVID-19 pandemic. I shall edit this later when my MRI comes around.

β β β β β My appointment was @ 8 am. I reached @ 7.55 am. I was waiting & wasnβt even given the dressing gown to wear until 8.35 am or so, again after waiting for around half an hour, I got in to begin my MRI @ 5 past 9 am or so. Felt blindsided as I had a meeting to attend to @ 9.30 and planned my whole day accordingly at work to just get caught off guard by your terrible communication & organisation of appointments. I could have simply come @ 9 am as I printed & filled the form to fill at home itself & would have still been on time (which is 1 hour from my appointment time). If you had atleast informed prior to appointment, saying that there is a long wait rather than a long process, could have organised myself accordingly & wouldnβt have had a problem.

β β β β β staff are amazing! I always get any mri, xray or ultrasound done at this clinic! the staff make the whole experience so simple and make you feel so comfortable. I went in for an ultrasound and had to drink fluids before I went, when I arrived I was clearly uncomfortable and the staff noticed this straight away and let me go for my ultrasound as soon as I got there, I only had to wait about 2 minutes max. the techs at this clinic are so sweet and have amazing patient etiquette, I always go here I don't go anywhere else as I have literally never had a bad or even mediocre experience here, I tell everyone to go here. I've been to this clinic 10 times in the last 18 months for mri, ultrasound and xrays and I could never hype this clinic up enough!!
