Shockingly bad...how they stay in business is beyond me. First I have an email to say my overseas parcel has arrived but not released as it has incurred customs duty. Nowhere on the email pdf document does it give a physical address...only a PO box and post code. I ring the 0800 number and get a Philipine call centre that also can't tell me the address, so they put me through to the local Fliway office who don't pick up telling me thru a voice massage that it is a 25 min wait time. I wait and wait and eventually the recording tells me that the the call centre is closed and is only open Mon to Fri....but it's Monday! So...no parcel..no idea where to collect it and no human who has any idea how to help. Utterly useless! Update: After finally figuring out where the office probably was and going there hoping they would be open, I dealt with three members of staff. One from the warehouse who pointed me in the right direction, the receptionist and thelady who retrieved the parcel and offered to bring it to my car. All were really helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. For this reason my rating has moved from a zero (if it were possible) to a two.

Got scammed by Fliway (international parcel sent via UPS overseas and Fliway NZ contacted us asking for GST, while the GST had been paid to Ebay during check out). Fliway would not listen but threatened us they would not release our parcel unless GST paid again to this Fliway. Had no choice, needed my parcel urgently, so went to pick up my parcel and paid GST again to Fliway. They scammed us for paying GST twice on the same parcel. After calling NZ Customs, got advised to contact UPS for a refund. Sent emails to both UPS and Fliway. Fliway told me it was NZ Customs who would not refund (LIES). What a scam! I have no idea what relationship between fliway and UPS but this Fliway is a pure scam to me! Not to mention their number got some Filipinos answering calls and knows nothing mucking me around. Just a pure scam! NEVER use UPS or this Fliway if purchasing from overseas. you will be scammed to pay GST twice!!!!!!!!

I own a business owner and unfortunately some of my international suppliers use this courier service. I am constantly waiting for goods to be delivered (sometimes 2-3 weeks once the goods are in Ack) and if I am not at the address, they won't leave the good in a safe place that I have instructed them too and they don't even leave a card to let you know there is a parcel. Absolutely disgusting service.

Try not use this company. Over 2 weeks. Nobody answers phones. Nobody reply email.

Customer service is horrible, they outsource their call center in Philippine, they don't know what you talking about, good luck getting an ETA. Horrible company.

It took 4 weeks for delivery, definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.

Had a $3k parcel coming from UK via UPS. Had to call this company to sort gst - spent an hour on the phone. I also asked them not to deliver before Friday, as I wouldn’t be home. They assured me if no one was home they’d deliver the following day. Instead, they left my $3k parcel on my doorstep, at a vacant house.
