★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Zealand ups is the worst courier company. I’ve got pre paid label and requested the collection. No body shows up. I’ve been waiting for them for 1 month, which is unbelievable and crazy. They are just like that. They can’t pick up. They want me to drop off. Fine, i need to work. The drop off spot is in south Auckland. Should I ask for leave and go drop it off. No. I will sent my parcel to UPS by fast way. Such a ridiculous company. I wish I could give minus star. The worst ever. Complaint would not be passed on. Customer service just says I’m sorry. Then thast it. Nothing is gonna change after complaint. They’ve just got no fear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recognition for good customer services in delivery can't come easy (just look at all the other negative reviews!!!) but I must give thanks to Esther @ UPS for her exceptional services and professional attitude. Really helped me out today with an urgent situation. Thanks Esther! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a package from USA and UPS have had it since 26/02/2021 and only 'attempted' to deliver it today 07/04/2021 to my work which is open from 7:30am till 5pm so I don't know how they haven't been able to deliver it?! Literally the worst courier experience I've had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stressful. I received notification that the delivery had been made to One Tree Hiill - I live in One Tree Point. When I called I didn't get any useful assistance. The issue management team advised me that they would call me back - I'm still waiting 2 weeks later for that call. I found the parcel under my recycle bin - a good place for the driver to put it if I had been told it was there and the correct town to which they had delivered it was recorded in the notification. I wouldn't recommend UPS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a worst service I had use to delivery my packages from China to Auckland.
Customer service staff is useless, the only thing they said about my packages is they don’t know how long do I need to wait to receive and it is out of their control. They transferred my call to a different customer service staff and I received the same answer. Worst service, worst customer service, worst staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid a major premium to have a package shipped on priority service. Package arrived in Auckland a week ago and still hasn’t arrived in Wellington days later. Called and they basically said just wait they can’t do anything . They can’t even rearrange for depot collection rather than a courier drop. Tracking is hopeless. Service is hopeless. Their systems are clearly hopeless. And they use Aramex as their final haul subcontractor who are even worse again. Hopeless
