★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Our Urgent freight was held up for hours in Customs because Alex @ Pacific Gate Logistics failed to pay freight to another freight company in Auckland to send our order. We had already prepaid freight but PGL conveniently "forgot" to forward the payment for services provided. When I rang to make a complaint they said that Alex was the only one who could make payment & he was "away" in Singapore. Suffice to say, DON'T BOTHER DOING BUSINESS WITH PACIFIC GATE LOGISTICS. They don't take care of their customers. Very disapponted!
