NEVER TO BOOK WITH THEM. I was waiting the item for 8 days to be delivered, once day was confirmed was waiting from 12pm to 5pm but
never come up, no text, no emails. Zero communication. If I can I can give them -2 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless company. Made me take an enite day off work to accept a delivery that has to be signed for, offering only early morning deliveries with no thought to peoples work schedule will make sure i avoid using them at all costs in the future. Would give 0 srar if i could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fact that fliway still exists bothers me. UPS did great, my package arrived in nz from the US in about 3 days. Then fliway took over and it had been sitting in their depot from the 23rd of may until present. I got an email saying my package was delivered, but nope… nothing turned up, order has the correct address and all that good stuff. Tracking says it was delivered at 6:57am 22/04/2022, which can’t be as we were all home at the time. And i have even asked my neighbours to check their security cameras as I’m convinced that it hasn’t actually been delivered. Then to add to the frustration I tried calling you guys. Sat on hold for 20 minutes just to have someone answer, not say anything and hang up. Just lovely. I’d like my package delivered please. I’ll be chasing this up with UPS or whoever I need to as it is a fairly expensive item and I’m not going to just let it disappear, and clearly fliway doesn’t wish to help me or anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fliway couriers should not be in business! Terrible communication, no acceptance of responsibility and just an overall horrible experience dealing with them. Thier drivers are irresponsible, have bad communication skills and lack professionalism. I had to book a time and day for item to be delivered which I did. I was then called to be home as driver was delivering early and not at the arranged time. I had to leave work urgently....waited at home for over an hour.. was called by a courier driver and told I can't deliver your TV today because I'm sick -so I leave home to go back to work. I don't know what's worse the lie or the audacity to call up again an hr later and say where are you I'm at your house with the TV. After myself and wife made attempts with some very useful words to have it redelivered as promised they dropped to my workplace. Overall it was at least a total of 3 hours sorting this out all because of thier low standard of business. Do not use this company!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overnight service paid for at large premium for Auckland to Wellington. 7 days later still no package. Customer service does answer the phone but they are yet to do anything about the failure to deliver. This particular package managed to get from Holland to NZ in 5 days and UPS/ Fliways can’t get it Auckland to Wellington after 7 days. Local subcontractor is Aramex who are even more atrocious. If you want to see your item again avoid like the plague

You are the worst courier company I ever use in NZ. I bought Miele Washemachine and waiting for delivery. After 7 days there is no contact from them, tracking day for delivery just simply delay and delay day by day with no reason. To call the customer service team can be really challenge. NO one care about you! Believed me! When they promise somebody call you don’t expected they do what they said. I left four message BUT none of the messages had respond! After Miele involved, they finally turn up to my new apartment with no pre calling. It is a joke to deal with them!they just !People, don it use this company!!!! I gave the feedback to Miele NZ, they same to have the problem for long time, not sure why they still contract with them???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will go a long way to find a worse experience than dealing with Fliway.
To call them inept would be a compliment to their performance and an insult to the inept.
My new and expensive Sony TV has been sitting in their warehouse for around 10 days..and it hasn't moved, not even close to delivery.
They cant tell me when it may move or even a rough delivery ETA to go 20kms across town. In this same I received a watch via Fedex...from the UK..20,000kms away in 4 days. They have no call centre, calls stay on hold then get hung up. THEY>ARE>AN>UTTER>SHAMBLES>
PS/Almost forgot..I ordered product from the USA - the UPS package got to NZ in 2 days from time of order..its been sitting in Fliways warehouse as the NZ UPS agent for 8 - yes 8 days - so much for "Urgent Parcel Service" delivery..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i wish they answer calls from customers at least one time in their life. i have decided to put pressure on my suppliers to use Fedex only for all my import orders. i wish good luck for people who is going to deal with these guys in future and who left a message to call back option. i will not recommend Fliway. worst experience. i know that they don't even care about my review.
