I was told yesterday that the delivery hadn't arrived on the due date because the delivery truck had broken down. This is okay and understandable, but I wasn't notified about the delay. I had to ring up and find out this information.

First OFD was today I watched their driver drive past my house twice with no attempt at stopping now they’re closed. My mats to help me recover from a major operation have been sitting in their hands for a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My item has gone undelivered multiple times, after multiple bookings. I have spoken on the phone about it, and they didn't have an explanation for me. This is still not resolved, and I am tired of waiting around from their delivery window of 12pm to 5pm, for it not to arrive.
