★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i took my shoes back for a refund at Queensgate, as i did not have the box they wouldnt refund but i got in touch with customer service and they agreed to give me a refund. So i went back into the store today the guy who is the Manager hardly spoke to me and then proceeded to cut the shoes up in front of me as they couldnt be sold with no box omg are you kidding me he seemed to think it was funny I did not, terrible customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store conveniently located in the CBD with an impressive range of footwear, catering for the entire family ... I hit this store last Sunday looking for shoes for my son, after finding a poor selection at the Queensgate mall shop a member of staff there referred me to the town branch. I was happily surprised to find an excellent selection and friendly accommodating staff with outstanding customer service skills! Will definitely return in the near future and highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome team and great service. I have not been to this store in years and they offer a lot more selection and shoes that are hard to get. I got the AJ3 Retro Midnight navy/white which other stores dont stock and hard to buy my size online. Highly recommended
