★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 pairs of shoes today. The sales girl was hopeless. I stood around for ages holding the samples I had to go up to her for service. After I bought the shoes I asked about the shoe protector spray. She went on to tell me it was $20 I asked if she had sprayed my shoes before she gave them to me she said NO
I said I would have bought the spray if yshe had bothered to spray my new shoes. Can't wear them now till I return home as its raining in wellington

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went in to Overland on Lambton Quay to have a look at their casual shoes. 4 staff, chatting amongst themselves, not interested in customers. In fact when we walked out we got a smile and a wave. Rude! I certainly would not endorse them in any way shape or form. Definitely buy elsewhere!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review particularly for the Wellington Central Lambton quay store. I guess the store manager was dealing with me, when I was buying a pair of shoes for myself. It was a very unprofessional attitude and as a customer I am very unhappy and disappointed with that. I hope the management will take a note of this and make sure it does not happen in the future with anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking. DO NOT waste your money here. Appalling customer service. I spent over $300 on a pair of new boots from here. The lady upsold me the toe grips, which I was hesitant to buy as they looked like they would just come off! Which they did not even a month after wearing. And the shop assistant said when I went back that it was just wear and tear. Would expect something that you pay over $300 for to last longer than 1 month! Wont be shopping here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very diabolical and disappointing experience, felt like the sales assistants were very racist telling me what spot to sit down in , to bring some shoes to me , so I could try them on and not helpful at all with my request. I would not recommend this place because of the rude customer service. I’ll never recommend the lambton Quay store!!
