★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Def recommend going here over the Kelvin Grove VIVO, i had G as my hairdresser he was soo good with my hair. Good communication through the session and the other staff were polite welcoming and overall pleasant to be amongst. Walked away a very happy mumma x

We booked for 3 people 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE! For a girls day/ prepping for an upcoming wedding.
I have not had my hair done in over two years and have been looking forward to it so much!
The appointment was at 1pm, by 12.30 I was dressed, makeup done and ready to go. As we were about to leave I received 3 missed call and a man advised me that they were running late and there is nothing they can do. They can only do 2 appointments. I was stress, sad upset and frustrated. Instead of catering and providing me a decent customer service the agent got frustrated at me.
I’m so disappointed, and was in tears cos they were not doing anything at all to accommodate or help me but instead shook me off. They promised a great appointments and I got Nothing but disappointment! Worse customer experience ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was detoured on my way to the salon. I called to say I would be 5 - 10 mins late only to be told that they wouldn't cut my hair. I have super short hair and I never use the allocated time. I do not recommend this place would not book again. Having a longer lunch or going home was more important. Not very professional at all. You missed out on some good business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some reason, I'm getting push advertisements from these guys. No idea how they got my phone number, but clearly they're not too fussy about how they treat personal information. Stay clear.
Edit: Thanks for the advice that I click random links in unsolicited SMS messages from unknown short codes. Good internet safety there! Nice one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kerasilk treatment done by Nikki was amazing. My hair turned out much better than I anticipated and would highly recommend to anyone wanting their hair done and would gladly come back and have Nikki do my hair again. My hair feels silky smooth and looks amazing.
Her customer service was awesome too, super friendly and funny.
